Mamaroneck Self Storage is a 40,000sf state of the art storage facility with (260) rentable units, designed by architect Kim Martelli, of KTM Architect, and built according to NYSERDA’s New Construction Program energy-efficiency guidelines under the direction of nationally renowned energy consulting firm, Steven Winter Associates. The energy upgrades that Murphy Brothers incorporated into the construction make this climate-controlled all-electric building better than 50% more energy-efficient than required by the building code, resulting in over $30,000 in annual electric cost savings.
